Hey, I'm Rebecca
Even from a young age, I have always loved photography. I received my first camera when I was 10-years-old. It was a tiny, red, low quality, digital camera that my mom gave me for my birthday. After experimenting with that for a few years, I upgraded to a small Sony digital camera. I then took a film photography class at the local community college in eighth grade and used my mom’s old Minolta X-700. I loved the whole process of shooting on film and then getting to develop it myself.
When I purchased my Canon EOS Rebel DSLR, my world was forever changed. As cheesy as that sounds, it’s true! I became way more serious about photography and started learning the controls and what it takes to make art through my lens. I’ve since upgraded again to a mirrorless camera and I’m obsessed! To think, my journey started out with that tiny, red, low quality, digital camera and lead me to where I am today.
My goal is to ultimately make my clients feel beautiful, special and on top of the world. There is no better feeling than connecting with your clients on a creative level. When you get that perfect shot, you can instantly tell and it feels amazing. Now that I am in the wonderful world of weddings and special events, it is truly magical to see the love between my clients and capture it through my camera.
